Reputiqa LLC strives for customer satisfaction. We provide clear refund terms to protect both parties.
1. Subscription Services
- Monthly plans may be canceled anytime. However, no partial month refunds are issued.
- Annual subscriptions canceled within the first 14 days may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds after 14 days.
2. One-Time Projects
- 50% deposit is required to start a project.
- Refunds for deposits are only provided if work has not begun.
- If the client cancels after work has commenced, no refund will be issued for work already completed.
3. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the item has been delivered or accessed.
4. Disputes
If you are unhappy with any service, we urge you to contact us for a resolution before filing disputes through payment providers.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to inquiry@reputiqa.com with your order number and reason for the request. We respond within 3–5 business days.
